Hey Product Hunt! 👋
Here is Ejaz Ahmed
I built Cashify after watching small shopkeepers around me struggle with two things: keeping track of daily cash, and remembering who owes them money (debit/Credit) is a huge part of how small businesses run in South Asia, but almost every accounting app ignores it).
Most bookkeeping tools are either too complex, require signup/subscriptions, or don't work offline — which matters a lot when your internet isn't always reliable.
So I built Cashify to be dead simple: a cash book + customer credit ledger in one app, works fully offline, no signup, and available in 6 languages including Urdu (since most of my target users are more comfortable reading it than English).
It also handles staff wages, stock value tracking, and can be installed like a real app on your phone.
Would love your feedback — especially if you run a small shop or manage a small team and have dealt with the "who owes me what" headache!

Update: Cashbookly now has Voice Entry AI 🎙️ — just speak a transaction like "received 500 from Ahmed for sales" and it's recorded automatically, no typing needed. It also answers spoken questions: "what does Ahmed owe me", "what's my profit this month", "show my balance sheet". Works in 6 languages including Urdu/Roman Urdu. Built this because shopkeepers are often on the move and typing every entry is friction — talking is faster. Would love feedback if you try it!
