Hi folks! I created this based on discussions with merchants that were unhappy with how tracking worked. Carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS provide a tracking solution that works great for consumers, but not well for merchants. Unlike consumers, merchants need to follow hundreds or thousands of packages at time, but the carriers' tracking tools were designed to follow one package at a time. So many merchants don't even bother following the tracking at all. Which is a shame, because delivery problems impact the merchants ratings. That's why I created CarrierWave - to help merchants to monitor a high volume of packages and avoid the negative feedback that comes from delivery errors. It sends the merchant alerts whenever it detects shipping problems, like a label being printed but the package was never shipped (oops!) or when a package is stuck in carrier's processing plant for too long. Best of all, it knows when a shipment was delivered late, and will notify you with a list of tracking numbers that are eligible for a $ refund. Let me know if you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer, Best, Josh

Nice platform and great to see it supports so many top carriers. From my experience and e-commerce fulfillment, one of the most important things for merchants is retention and a bulk of it is define by delivery/outbound experience - great to see this platform monitors that! Would love if you could take a look at ReallyGoodMassages on my hunt page as well 😄
