How does the cost per mile calculator actually pull in fuel and maintenance data, or do carriers have to enter all of that manually each month?
@uuruz0q Great question. The free calculator is manual by design: you enter your pump price, real MPG and a per-mile maintenance figure (we prefill sensible defaults like $0.15/mile for maintenance and tires). No monthly re-entry though, those are just starting points you tweak per load. Inside the platform it's different: cost per mile and margin reports are built from your actual loads, rates and driver settlements as you dispatch, so the numbers update themselves. Automatic fuel price feeds are on the roadmap.
