CareKinnect: Care coordination shouldn't live in texts and emails

Hi Product Hunt! I’m Charles, founder of CareKinnect. I built CareKinnect after seeing how hard it is for families, caregivers, and care teams to stay aligned when updates are scattered across texts, calls, emails, calendars, and notebooks. CareKinnect brings care coordination into one private group space with: - shared updates and audience controls - calendar and reminders - direct messaging - behavior/care tracking - shared group documents - role-based permissions for families, care recipients, caregivers, and agencies Our goal is simple: help everyone involved in care know what happened, what’s coming next, and who needs to be looped in. We’re especially focused on families supporting aging parents, loved ones with disabilities, and agencies coordinating care across multiple groups.
