@dick_sdfa If you forget a field or if your internet connection drops, you have to do password reset. We have a redesign on the signup flow on the near-term roadmap, including starting users with a "How to use CareerSofia" skill.

This looks like a great concept. One question - how do I see all the content that is available? It's not anywhere on the public site (that I could find), so I created a trial account, and still don't see it (other than "upgrade now to see all 90 lessons"). It would be nice to see what is available without having to create an account and then upgrade to paid.

Ok, I think i found it under "My Profile" - seems like an odd place to hide it. Feedback - make the available content more discoverable on the public facing site. (Like Lydia :-) )
Cory and Kavi have built Lynda.com for sales teams. There's over 90 sections covering everything from lead generation to advanced closing techniques. Their content, however, isn't static and generic. They integrate the lessons with data from places like Salesforce and work with sales managers to customize the lessons to work with real life examples. It's the future of not only sales training, but professional development.
