A Gini Score Card sounds interesting but I'd love to see a mock interview simulator built in, especially one that adapts questions based on the skill gaps it already detects. That would make the gap analysis feel way more actionable instead of just telling you what's missing.

Love that you brought institutions and recruiters into the same loop as students, that alone sets CareerGini apart from the usual solo resume tools. One thing that would really help students is a mock interview simulator that pulls questions directly from the skill gaps in their Gini Score Card, so they can practice the exact weak spots instead of generic ones.

The Gini Score Card concept is genuinely interesting, makes skill gaps feel less abstract when you see them quantified. Resumed building took way less time than I expected too.

Finally tried the Gini Score Card and it nailed the gaps I had been ignoring for months. The private data lake angle is a nice touch, especially with so many platforms feeling sketchy about user data.
Finally checked this out, and the Gini Score Card idea is actually pretty clever for seeing how close you are to a target role. Wish the resume builder had a bit more guidance, but the skill gap mapping felt spot on for my situation.
The Gini Score Card concept is surprisingly useful, gave me a clearer picture of where I stand skill-wise than most resume tools. Building an AI resume was quick and felt tailored rather than generic.
