🖌️We think that NFTs have the potential to be more than just a pretty picture. While we are starting to see POAPs, rewards and unique utility added to NFTs, there is still an opportunity to add monetary, verifiable value. Our company, Award Pool has gamified how to build, engage and reward communities and we saw that our users were always struggling with how to make their NFTs something that their communities actually want to collect and use. So we decided to create a layer 3 protocol & DAO called CardFi that brings true, verifiable value to any NFT. 🎁Launching on Ethereum, Polygon, Celo and Binance Blockchains, with CardFi, anyone can create, gift, and redeem asset-attached NFT gift cards in a simple web-based Dapp. CardFi is a new layer 3 NFT EVM protocol that provides NFT holders with the ability to store value associated with a particular NFT and transfer it to someone else. They are essentially digital gift/debit cards with associated ERC20 tokens that can be attached to them. These tokens can then be deposited onto the card and can be locked for a given period of time. The current holder of the card is the only one that has the right to redeem the tokens. The NFT Gift Cards are easily transferable and can be traded, sold, or transferred on many popular marketplaces. CardFi is a layer 3 protocol built on EVM blockchains using Solidity Smart Contract. All assets are locked in the contract, and only the cardholder can claim the attached ERC20 tokens. 👐We want CardFi to be open to all; therefore, the open-source code is available on Github, and a Swiss DAO owns the protocol. https://github.com/awardpool/cardFi 👐It’s free, it’s open and you can try CardFi today at CardFi.co

As a marketer and content creator, I love projects that help bring design and content into the future. We developed this project to help businesses and content creators to add more value to their work. It makes it easy to add value to your NFTs, which I see as the future of loyalty and rewards. And it gives me a chance to add value to NFTs that I already own and can share and gift to others.
