I’m sure we can all relate to this statement: Networking is awkward and clunky. As if the act of trying to force a connection with a stranger doesn’t feel unnatural enough, the whole process is exacerbated by the final ask - "hey, we’ve had a great conversation, can we connect?" As it currently goes: Take out phone, unlock phone, open LinkedIn or Contacts, make sure you get the spelling of the person’s name or the person’s number right, and then awkwardly wonder if they are going to accept your LinkedIn invitation or send you a text back so you have their number too. What we're building for this project, is a set of features to help - Instant, asymmetric connection with a stylish re-usable card. You keep this card, and receivers will be able to view your profile once you tap the card to the phone, using our app, or browser if the other person hasn't downloaded our app. - Sort, manage, group, update profiles and contacts - Once connected, the ability to request/schedule 1-1 follow-ups with the other contacts We're a team of students at Cornell Tech, NYC. We're looking to launch this product in 1-2 months and would appreciate any early feedback! Sign up to our mailing list if you're interested in beta testing - We'll ship you the card!
