Capwise is a step-by-step fundraising OS for first-time founders. Master financial modeling (runway & unit economics), cap table dilution (SAFE notes), pitch deck outlines, and investor CRM pipelines without expensive advisors or messy spreadsheets.
One thing that would help a lot is a "what-if" scenario slider on the cap table. Dragging a slider to model a future priced round and instantly seeing how SAFE conversions and dilution change would save so much back-and-forth math, especially for first-time founders trying to figure out what terms to even ask for.

I will definitely think about how to add this kind of what-if slider into Capwise so founders can play with different round sizes and terms. This feedback is super helpful for me.
The runway and SAFE dilution walkthroughs were way clearer than the templates I've been cobbling together in spreadsheets. Wish something like this existed when I did my first round.

I built Capwise exactly for this reason. A lot of first-time founders are stuck in messy spreadsheets and confusing SAFE math.
the focus on breaking down SAFE note dilution into guided steps is genuinely helpful for someone like me who gets lost in the math. clean layout without the usual dashboard chaos.
