Hey Stephen, thanks for hunting us! I'm Darren from Candybar, and I'd love to answer any questions you have, along with our founder @dineshraju. We love small businesses. The world is more interesting with quirky, characterful, charming, honest small businesses in. Our contribution to help them survive and thrive is a super-simple digital loyalty card to help them get repeat businesses. Digital, so you won't lose it (unless you lose your phone), leave it at home, or forget when it's expiring. Startups thrive on scale; small businesses thrive on repeat business and loyal customers. But it's a little more complex than that; Jon Taffer of Bar Rescue says the game for restaurants is not to get a new customer through the door, but three times. After the third visit, they're 70% [1] more likely to come a fourth time, and then you actually have a customer. How do we encourage future visits? We're still building and improving and solving this problem. For now, our loyalty solution works with hipster cafes, shiny nail salons, fancy barbers, beauty spas, juice shops and salad bowls. I'll be around to answer questions or comments! Psst. If you have feedback about the onboarding, I'd love to hear it too. [1] https://twitter.com/jontaffer/st...
