This is interesting because it's almost like it's taking dating and mixing it with politics! What I am curious to learn is how it matches you with the individual candidate - is based on the track record of the candidate or what they publicly say on their website?

@mgk4313 thanks Martin for the question. We use a quite a bit of research to discover and assign each candidate’s key issues and their stances. We use an amalgam of direct evidence including their campaign sites, as well as their past votes and public statements. We are in the process of engineering adding the down ballot candidates for the general election and are asking all of them to supply their own answers. Please also note, being unbiased is as important as accuracy to us so we employ politically diverse teams to mitigate any conscious or subconscious bias we might have. We pride ourselves on being apolitical and accurate.
