Most ATS tools make you choose: a beautiful candidate experience or real automation. Candhrly gives you both. Build branded, Typeform-style job postings, one field at a time. AI summarizes applicants and surfaces your best fits with reasoning, backing up your team's reviews instead of replacing them. Workflows move candidates down the pipeline automatically, no manual dragging. And you can pull up any candidate, job, or pipeline from Slack with /candhrly.

Candhrly is evolving fast. If something breaks, tell us we fix reported bugs within 24-48 hours. No ticket queue, no waiting weeks. Your feedback builds a better product for everyone. :)
Context
Three years ago I ran into a bunch of problems with onboarding at a company, and I wanted to build a tool to fix them. I couldn't start back then it even had a name already, Boordi, which never came to life (haha).
Over time, AI hit recruiting hard: today candidates apply automatically and at massive scale using AI, and that forced recruiters and ATSs to seriously rethink how they process candidate data.
It also hits the small recruiter: the one who doesn't want to pay for Ashby because it's way too big, and for whom HomeRun, as beautiful as it is, falls short on AI and automation.
Candhrly was born in that sweet spot (at least that's how I see it you'll tell me how right I am): a friendly interface you can explore on your own, without needing someone guiding you, but that doesn't trade away power for the sake of being simple.
That's not to say there's no learning curve there is. But if you're a recruiter who one day wants to start your own agency, Candhrly lets you organize your work without depending on anyone else. And once you automate, you can leave the app working while you focus on the only thing that matters: interviewing, and leaving your reviews in the same tool.
Candhrly also doesn't filter candidates for you with AI it helps you make the call. That's the philosophy: human-first, repeat-actions ai-first.
I hope you like it. It's still crawling, there's plenty to improve, and it has no active users yet but I'd genuinely love your feedback.
