I really like the idea Jerry! It's kind of like a less intimidating form of scrum to work towards achieving your personal goals. I definitely think the weekly progress reports is the main selling point in distinguishing this product from Trello. It's very cool to be able to look back and get a retrospective on what you were able to achieve over the week and see how much progress you're making towards your goals (with milestones, tasks, etc.). I can't wait to see where this goes! Keep me updated

I use Trello for life planning as many of people here :) It's a good idea to build something more people-oriented in life planning. But, I love Trello (and I'll still use it) because of its flexibility. For example I didn't find the way to create month/year goals column on Caltra. + if you wanna be more human-friendly, you should improve your UX. For example highlight milestones on-hover Good luck.

@jyu This is pretty awesome, I really enjoy crossing off goals and tasks I have been working on. The reason I like this more than Trello is that it feels more personal and it has a more goal -focused orientation/mission. I hope you continue to keep that in focus as you add more features!!

Hi everyone! 👋 I'm excited to share something I've been working on and iterating over for the past two months. Caltra is a tool to help people reach their personal goals. With Caltra, you can plan out your goals, do work on a kanban board, and reflect with in-app analytics. It's somewhere in between a todo list and a project management tool that's built just for your goals. One Caltra user says "I love using it because I feel like I'm actually making headway towards my future goals no matter how big they are." I built Caltra because I wanted to reach my own personal goals. There are tons of productivity apps out there, but none that focus on personal goals. I took feedback from dozens of processes people use and built what people liked into Caltra. People told me that accomplishing goals was one of the most satisfying things they did, and I hope I can help someone get there with Caltra. One of my personal goals is to have Caltra help one person accomplish something they’re proud of. And I'm using Caltra every day to reach that goal.
