How well does the cloned voice handle accents or noisy backgrounds from real customers calling in on the go?

The speech recognition is trained to handle a wide range of accents well, and it holds up reasonably well in moderate background noise — though very loud environments (like construction or a crowded bar) can still trip it up occasionally. We're continuing to tune this as we get more real-world call data.
Curious how it handles situations when someone asks something totally off-script or tries to negotiate pricing on the fly?
@mbitirim86866 If a caller goes off-script, Callie tries to stay within its knowledge base (services, prices, hours, etc.) and will politely redirect or offer to have the owner follow up if it's outside that scope. It's not designed to negotiate pricing — it sticks to the business's listed rates to avoid over-promising anything on the owner's behalf.
how does the voice cloning actually sound in real calls, like does it really come through as natural or is it obviously robotic once people are on the line a bit longer
@nazmiyeb97v Great question — most callers can't tell it's cloned, especially in the first part of the call. On longer calls it can occasionally sound slightly flatter in tone, but we're continually refining the model to keep it natural throughout.
Love that it actually picks up and books in your real voice. The calendar integration feels solid too, no awkward handoffs when I tested it with a fake client call.
