This SaaS solves a problem that I had as a CTO of a company with about 100 employees. We would do things to try to reduce the meeting burden, but short of spot-checking calendars there was no easy way to see if what we did worked! I couldn't find a tool that does organization-wide analytics, so I built it.

Very cool Brian! What are the next steps for Calendaristic?
Brian D.
@neil_granberry Next up: - Identifying management vs. non-management (management usually has a need to be in more meetings). - Quarter over quarter trending. - Automated alerting/monitoring. - Scoping out support for Office 365 (Outlook) calendars.

I love the way this could work for team managers. Could I set an alert for when sales teams are having x amount of meetings with outside companies?
Brian D.
@kelleyboothe Yes! You'll be able to set up flexible alerts of all kinds: "Alert me when someone creates a meeting that costs more than $X", or "Tell me when the sales department ratio of inbound vs. outbound meetings drops below 50%."

Super nice Brian! Found this via Rands. How do you estimate the cost of each hour?
Brian D.
@adamgold7 Currently, users have the option to provide an org-wide salary average. This seemed like a good balance in order to provide a rough estimate of cost while protecting user privacy. If user feedback indicates that I need to get more granular, I may do that (up to HR tools integration).
