What's under the hood: • AES-256 encryption, on-device by default; your files live on your iPhone • Lock any folder, or your whole media library, with its own separate PIN • A private browser, secure notes, and encrypted contacts & documents • Auto-lock the moment you leave the app • Pro adds end-to-end encrypted messaging + VoIP calls between Calc+ Vault users • Ultimate adds outbound calls/SMS over a shared toll-free line (US & Canada only) A few honest notes, because this is PH: • The calculator is an access method, not the security — the real protection is the encryption and biometrics underneath. It's fully functional math, too. • Photo import is copy-in only. After importing, the app tells you plainly: "Your original photo remains in Photos." Nothing is deleted behind your back. • Free tier is genuinely usable (20 photos / 3 notes / 5 contacts / 5 docs + the calculator and private browser) so you can try before paying.
