@protsenkoalexandra Thanks! Right now CalBot sends the invite once the first person on a thread confirms a time. It then will update the invite if another person has a conflict for that time. Open to ideas about different approaches!

Congrats Sarah! I'm always looking for ways to manage admin more efficiently. Can the user preset certain availability windows? I have separate calendars for personal and professional (that I want to keep separate), so even if my calendar appears free, there may be a conflict. Also, what do you think is Calbot's value add vs existing alternatives, like Calendly?

@amber_s3 Yes Amber - you can connect multiple calendars (personal and professional) and CalBot will only suggest times you are actually free. CalBot has more personal touch than Calendly, and it doesn't require people to go to a website to meet with you (CalBot works over email).
