Here's some backstory: I used to run an engineering consulting firm before turning to a tailored SaaS solution, and it always bugged me how much time was spent on acquiring vetted firms and budding project initiators rather than doing the heavy engineering lifting. Fast forward to the end of the pandemic, I started FreeCADQuotes.com to match the world's best engineering design contractors with individuals and firms who need a shelved product but simply don't know where to start. Our quoting platform is fully automated and priced dynamically at fair market, using visual augmentation and qualitative adjustments (as well as the project deadline) to specify an automatic invoice. But, we also decided to keep communications open by offering 24/7 call booking to facilitate terms. That's a pretty universally important aspect of our industry. A few weeks ago, we decided to figure out how to best capture new contracts and match them to our contractor team at massive scale: How can we help new business owners launch their products 3x faster? How can we reduce the business-sided workload of contractors by 80% or more? FreeCADQuotes.com is a step in that direction, but our Cadventor app - currently under development - is slated to be the enterprise level solution. More to come on here and crowdfunding platforms!
