Hey all, A couple years ago I had an aging Garmin cycling computer I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars replacing. So instead I spent over a year developing a running and cycling app I'd want to use. I found existing apps too simple (Strava), too complicated (Cyclemeter), or too focused on social aspects (MapMyRun, Runtastic, etc). Cadence keeps all your activity data privately on your phone (unless you sync it to Strava) and requires no account to sign up for. It supports all Bluetooth devices (heart rate, speed, cadence, and even advanced features like Pedal Balance available on power meters) and provides over 100 data points you can add to an unlimited number of user customizable screens. Cadence launched for iPhone back in May (and has over 200 worldwide ratings at 4.8 stars!) and is now in Early Access beta test for Android.
