ByzForm lets small businesses take orders/reservations via WhatsApp—without chaotic back-and-forth. Create a simple form, share a link or QR code, and customers send a complete WhatsApp message (who/what/when/where). ByzForm doesn’t store orders—it only prepares the message and opens WhatsApp. Key Features: - Form → opens WhatsApp with a structured message - Share via link or QR code - Templates (cake orders, barber, pickup food, marketplace inquiry) - Simple pricing tiers (Start/Solo/Pro)
Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Tom, maker of ByzForm.
A lot of small businesses take orders on WhatsApp — and then lose time in messy chats:
“What date?” “Which variant?” “How many?” “Address?” …every single time.
ByzForm fixes that:
• You create a simple order/booking form
• Share a link or QR code (bio, table tent, business card, IG story)
• The customer submits → WhatsApp opens with a complete structured message (who/what/when/where)
Important: ByzForm doesn’t store orders and doesn’t try to be an e-shop.
It only prepares the message and lets the customer send it.
I’d love feedback on:
1) Which templates should we add next?
2) What would make you switch from “just DM me” to a form?
3) What’s the best place you’d use a QR (table, packaging, storefront, etc.)?
