I’m the maker of byte7, an IT & tech-focused job board built to make hiring and job searching simpler. byte7 connects employers, recruiters, and IT professionals across the UK and internationally, with roles in software development, DevOps, cloud, data, cybersecurity, IT support, and more. One thing that makes Byte7 different: companies and organisations can post jobs for free if the salary is under £20K per year, and recruiters can access additional free posting packages — making it easier for smaller teams and agencies to hire without high costs. I built byte7 using Laravel and am continuing to improve it based on real-world feedback from employers and jobseekers.
