Hi everyone 👋
I built ByeCtrlClick to fix a very specific but annoying problem: on macOS, every Control + Left Click is interpreted as a right-click. For games that require Ctrl + Left Click (like Minecraft), this makes them nearly unplayable. In productivity apps, it breaks useful Ctrl-based shortcuts.
Unlike alternatives like Karabiner-Elements or manual key remapping, ByeCtrlClick is:
- Super simple: just turn it on/off
- Lightweight (<10 MB)
- No need to swap Option and Control keys in macOS settings ever again
