This is a terrific idea! Here in Canada I don't think women actually are aware of anything except the basic Kegal on the loo, which both my lady-doctors have told me is not necessarily the greatest for certain conditions, anyway. Once a woman finally discovers all this info, there is a waiting list of about 1 1/2 years to participate in a clinic teaching about this info--if there even is anything! There are private physios, but far and few between as it is such specialised training. This app is terrific! I was hoping something like this would eventually come out. I can hardly wait to show my friends.
Knowledge--especially education literally in our own hands--is invaluable!
