What inspired you to build Business OS? As I learned more about how businesses operate, I noticed that many owners were using different tools for CRM, inventory, appointments, employee management, and reporting. Switching between multiple apps made everyday work slower and more complicated. That inspired me to imagine a single platform where everything could work together. What problem were you trying to solve? The biggest problem was fragmentation. Small businesses often waste time moving between different apps, updating the same information multiple times, and losing track of important tasks. Business OS is designed to bring these essential operations into one organized workspace, making day-to-day management simpler and more efficient. How did your approach or process evolve while working on this launch? The project started as a simple business management idea, but as I researched more and listened to real business workflows, the vision expanded. Instead of building another standalone tool, I focused on creating an operating system that connects multiple business functions in one place. Throughout the process, I kept refining the product around simplicity, usability, and solving practical business challenges rather than adding unnecessary features.
