You build in a bubble while other players are just names on a leaderboard. I wanted to build something where other players were actually relevant to your gameplay. Not just competition on a chart but real companies you could spy on, invest in and take over. The hostile takeover mechanic became the heart of the game. Every player is automatically listed on the stock exchange from day one. You can spy on rivals, acquire their shares, and if you own 49% you can request control of their dividends and operations. It creates genuine economic warfare between real people. Version 4.0.0 just launched after months of work — biggest update since release. New empire overview screen, commodities market, oil market and completely redesigned dashboards. The game's visual identity was created by a professional game artist. Some newer assets were generated using AI tools guided by the original art direction to maintain consistency.
