Back again PH!
Since I've launched a couple projects over the past couple years it gets a bit dificult managing all the emails and bugg's. Sometimes some things are high priority but get lost in the shuffle, so to mitigate this problem we made bugg.ly
You simply make a project link, put it on your site as either your contact/support/ or feature request and the user can simply go and paste a issue or a suggestion. We have made it so the user can post anon or sign up and track the issue.
