I built BUDGETUM for myself because I couldn’t find a budgeting app that worked the way I wanted — manual, flexible, and totally offline.
You can track expenses by category, add receipts with item breakdowns, set up monthly plans, and view stats — all stored locally on your device.
It’s completely free, with no limits, no subscriptions, and just a small non-personalized banner ad at the bottom(optional to remove if you want to support the project).
