Hi, I'm Bernhard, the developer of BuchhaltGenie.
It brings Austrian invoicing rules and the small-business VAT threshold into the invoicing flow. You select a customer, enter the invoice items and issue the invoice yourself. Receipt photos provide suggested fields that you check before saving. From Pro, the app generates a schema-checked UVA XML file; you upload it to FinanzOnline yourself.
Free includes five invoices per month. Basis and Pro are planned for 1 October 2026. The interface is German and the product is built for Austrian one-person businesses. It is software, not tax advice.
The gallery shows a fictional demo business with sample customers and figures. I'd like to hear which invoicing step you find most cumbersome in your own business.
