Hi Product Hunt πŸ‘‹ This is our very first Product Hunt launch and we are so excited and proud to share Briefly with you all. Meetings have been a major part of my professional life, across many roles. As a marketer, product manager, venture capitalist, and now as a founder, I often find myself in meetings all day. Whether the meetings are with customers, investors, founders, agencies, stakeholders, candidates, or my own team, critical information is shared on these calls and important decisions are made. Note taking and managing follow-ups has always been a pain point for me. When I am the designated notetaker, I am unable to participate in discussions as I furiously type to try to capture everything. After the meeting, I painstakingly edit my notes to turn them into something shareable. I then pour over those meeting notes to create my deliverables such as product requirement docs or investment memos. Despite how hard I worked to take notes, important details and decisions would often get lost. There has to be a better way. Which is why we built Briefly. With Briefly, you can: πŸ“ transcribe your meetings in real time πŸ“‘ summarize and organize notes by topic 🎯 record action items by participant πŸ“§ generate follow-up emails πŸ’‘ create whatever content you want from your meeting transcripts with AI Here are some examples of how people are leveraging Briefly to be more productive: 🧠 Transforming brainstorms into Product Requirement Documents πŸ“ˆ converting pitch meetings into investment memos πŸ“„ turning client discovery meetings into proposals πŸ“° reimagining interviews into articles βœ… distilling user research sessions into prioritized features We are excited to see what you create with Briefly! Our product is currently free as we get feedback from our early users. We would love for you to give it a try and let us know what you think! Amy on behalf of the Briefly Team

@ronak_verma1 Thank you!
Koushik Thota
@amysundae incredible product. I loved it 😊
Nandini Vishwanath
Been using Briefly for the last 2 weeks. I do about 10-15 interviews a day for my program at Antler India. And these are founder interviews. I can't tell how much Briefly's helped me with focussing on decision making and actually noticing what founders say as opposed to hurriedly taking notes. Great work!
Bryan Oki
@nandinivishwanath We are so glad Briefly has worked well for you. And we are grateful to you and your team for testing the product.
Martina
It's amazing to hear that you are enjoying Briefly and that it's helping your workflow! We're excited to have you as part of our community. Thank you so much! @nandinivishwanath
Igor Pavlov
Yep, the meeting is over and everyone forgets everything, yep. Any chance this is integrated with Zoom?
Bryan Oki
@igorpavlov Ha. Thank you for commenting. When someone in the meeting uses Briefly, there's a lot more remembering. We are currently working on our Zoom integration.
Lauren Peate
@igorpavlov @bryan_oki I'd also love to use this on Zoom! Will be watching for that. :)
Bryan Oki
@igorpavlov @lmpeate - Thank you for letting us know. When we launch zoom, we will for sure announce/share it on Product Hunt.
Brendon Nicholas
Super helpful app, we have tried around 5 others to date and this is by far the best with the grouping of points into discussion topics!
Kathy Tong
Thrilled you love our product! Thank you for the support @b0123498765!
Amy Sun
@b0123498765 Thank you so much Brendon, that means the world to us!
Wiz
Hey @amysundae love it! Can you share some thoughts on integrations? passing summaries and outputs outwards
Kathy Tong
@nadavwiz Right now, we Gmail for your AI email follow up. We understand that integrations would be beneficial for our users, and plan on integrations with platforms like Google Suite, Salesforce, and Hubspot in the future. What are your top choices?
Wiz
@kathy_tong I’m actually thinking Notion/Slack kind of integrations. But awesome.
Kathy Tong
@nadavwiz noted! we're definitely putting those on the roadmap as well - the ability to automatically send your AI summaries to specific channels on slack is highly requested!
Matt Byrd
