Hey Product Hunters,
I'm a PERMANENT 20+ to-dos person. This race is exhausting, occasionally depressing, and very unproductive.
PROBLEM: To-do lists are great for shopping, not creating. You never know where to start so you switch context all the time.
That's why I built Brick to plan backwards from your goal, not from what feels urgent right now.
HOW IT WORKS:
1️⃣ Set a goal
2️⃣ Break it down into subgoals & tasks, visually
3️⃣ Check them off step by step, brick by brick
That's it. No artificial time constraints, no overwhelm, no distractions, no notifications. No subscriptions, either.
Just follow a clear path to your goal and get a motivation boost every time you see the green (completed tasks) in your project.
And if you need a little help, we've got your back:
- Get fast AI help to break down any brick
- Generate task descriptions, and make sure the task IS important (expect tough love if it isn't)
- Avoid mistakes: list your risks (or ask AI), and know exactly what NOT to do to hit the goal
AI is not the point but a little "helper function": there when you need it, out of the way when you don't.
Try Brick today (we're on both iOS and Android) and let me know if it gives you more headspace immediately.

@nkazhin Is there a way to integrate it with task managers like Notion or Trello?

This is super helpful for organizing all those chaotic ideas. How does the AI assist in spotting potential mistakes early on?

@roxana_w_pearce for each task, it will flesh out thing to avoid and mistakes you can then avoid

I love the clean visual approach to goal setting. Just out of curiosity how does the AI figure out the fastest path? Does it look at similar past projects or consider user input?

@kane_anderson it looks at your project as a whole and, for each task, suggests steps to implement it. Once you cross them all off, you’ll have hit the goal!

It’s clean, visual, and smart what an awesome combination. Can I export plans or share progress with stakeholders?

@ella_hall4 nope, we’re targeting solo work only for now

Super excited to see you launch on PH after all the work you've put in. The ethos of this project really resonates. All the best for today 🔥
Clear case of a long term product! I just searched my email and saw my first email from Brick was May 2023. It's awesome to see a founder sticking with and improving a product over years.

Congrats on the launch!
@esus Grinding on! Thanks Esus.
This is useful for side projects. Can it adjust if project priorities change halfway through?
@lavinia_alves sure, you’re in the drivers seat
