To answer your question, the first thing I'd hand over is the pre-meeting brief. Before a first call with a target we pull together the business, the cap table picture, listing readiness and red flags from a dozen scattered sources. Having a research agent and a SPAC agent split that work and hand me one sourced draft to review saves hours per company.
