Hey Product Hunt, Martin here, fco-ounder of Breezaro. Breezaro is an AI chatbot for business websites. It learns your content and answers customers on your site, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram. The feature people liked most was "take control": when the AI hits a question it cannot answer, a human steps in and the bot gets out of the way. The catch was that stepping in meant being at a laptop. So we built Companion. Now your phone tells you about every new conversation, and when a customer actually asks for a person, a separate high-priority push says so and tells you the AI is paused until you reply. One tap opens the chat exactly where the AI left off. The visitor sees your name and photo instead of the bot, and when you are done you hand it back and the AI carries on. It carries the rest of the desk too: every channel in one inbox, visitor context (country, device, the pages they walked), an AI summary of long conversations, notes, and a badge showing which teammate already took a chat so nobody replies twice. Analytics for the last 7 or 30 days. Face ID lock on the app itself. Companion is free with every Breezaro plan, trial included. No extra seat, nothing else to buy.
