Hello, I’m Kevan, co-founder of Breathing Break. I’ve worked at a desk job for about eight years. Three years ago, I had a frightening experience: two of my fingers went numb, and I lost control of them because of carpal-tunnel syndrome. Later that same year, anxiety took my voice for nearly three months. I couldn’t sleep or even breathe properly—it was a truly terrible time.
