Real operations are judged on the unhappy one: the supplier slips, a certificate is missing, the payment fails, the invoice doesn't match the order. So we built a company you're supposed to break. What it is: a working synthetic B2B operation. A buyer company runs 8 agents (procurement, finance, compliance, contract, logistics, revenue control, financial recovery and an orchestrator). They trade with 3 seller agents in Germany, Poland and Türkiye. The mission is to buy 120 pump assemblies under a €210K ceiling with at least an 18% margin. What you do: 1. Run the mission. The cheapest supplier is blocked because its CE evidence is missing; price doesn't beat policy. 2. The deal is above the agents' €25K authority, so they stop and you approve it. 3. Pick the failure: supplier +12 days, compliance, freight +7 days or payment rail. 4. The system models the ways out and recommends one. You approve it. 5. At closeout it reconciles the money and flags supplier overbilling and unbilled revenue. The rule that made it work: code owns the money, quantities, dates and rules; agents negotiate and recommend. No agent can move a number or skip a policy. Everything is synthetic: no real suppliers, payments or systems. Each visitor gets an isolated session, with no sign-up. We're VSN.
