Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Sudhakar, the founder of BrandPulse. The moment it started: A SaaS I was consulting for had a support thread go viral on Reddit. Nobody saw it for about six hours - by the time they responded, the "is this company legit?" narrative was already set, and the thread had 400+ upvotes. When I looked for tools that could have caught it, the options were enterprise platforms at $30k+/year or single-platform scrapers that just keyword-match and bury you in alerts. That gap is what BrandPulse fills. How it evolved: I started with the monitoring layer - a scraper fleet covering Reddit, Hacker News, X, YouTube, news, and reviews. Then I realized the real unlock was the AI layer: with modern models, sentiment and urgency scoring costs fractions of a cent per mention. That changed the whole thesis. Enterprise-grade triage no longer needs an enterprise contract - it can ship at $79/mo, self-serve, with no sales call. So the product became one operating surface: monitor everything → AI scores what actually matters → route the critical mentions to Slack/Discord/email → draft a response → and watch the reputation trend over time. What I'm most proud of: I'm a solo builder, and I treated "production-ready" as the product. Billing wired end-to-end, security-hardened — signed webhooks, rate limiting, SSRF guards.
