👋 Hey Product Hunt :)))
I’m Zoey — former D1 athlete who tried to use ChatGPT to plan my workouts… and kept getting stuck in the same loop:
🧠 The ChatGPT problem →
Day 1: generate an amazing workout plan
Days 2–4: actually do the workouts
Day 5: lose the chat thread + forget what I’m supposed to do
Day 6: something comes up → I want to adjust the plan → but now I have to re-explain everything I’ve done so far
= Great at creating the plan. Bad at follow-through & adaptability.
🏋️ The gym app problem (Strong, Hevy, etc.) →
I’ve used these too.
But I have to:
set up all my routines manually
choose which workout I’m starting
log everything myself
and when I have a weird week or want to switch things up… I’m basically on my own
= Great for tracking. Lacking intelligent adaptability.
🚨 ENTER: BRANDON
If you’ve seen what Poke.com is doing — a proactive AI assistant that lives in your texts and reaches out to you — Brandon is that idea applied to fitness.
Brandon:
generates your personalized workout plan
then stays with you
texts you every day with exactly what you should do
gives you a one-tap tracking link (Strong/Hevy-style UI, right in your browser)
And honestly…
why does a text message just hit different??
It triggers something primal in my brain 😭
🔮 What’s coming next
Poke-style agentic actions via text
reschedule workouts
swap exercises
get updated tracking links instantly
Contextual memory from past workouts
“What weight should I use today?”
“Why is my @$$ not big yet??”
Integrations (Strava, Whoop, etc.)
Much better UI/UX (pls don’t roast it rn)
🧪 What I’m trying to learn from this launch
How valuable is the bare-bones flow on its own:
AI plan creation → daily text reminders → one-click tracking
+ AI responses with limited context
The MVP alone has honestly been extremely helpful for me. It's the lowest-friction fitness plan I’ve ever stuck to.
Would love your feedback 🫶 thank you all so much!!
