I use BrandBay to speed up the development of landing pages, website and e-commerce updates, in addition to preparing digital materials for my clients' ads. I can keep all of the client's institutional material organized, separated by type, including colors and fonts, facilitating not only research but also the download and use of the material. And when I hire a freelancer or request some material from a partner, I can authorize access via link so that they can use the references and download the client's logos, images and vectors.
BrandBay is a fantastic product for managing digital assets on desktop. It's organized, user-friendly, and makes collaborating a breeze. The ability to upload, share, and keep track of everything in one place is a huge timesaver. One small downside: BrandBay doesn't seem to function as smoothly on mobile devices yet. Hopefully, this is a feature they'll be adding soon because having access on the go would be the icing on the cake. Overall, BrandBay is an awesome product, and I highly recommend it for anyone who needs to manage their digital assets effectively. With the mobile functionality hopefully coming soon, it'll be an unbeatable choice.
We use brand bay as an agency. Not only is this affordable, but they have come a long way since we first invested in this application. They are a dedicated and passionate team which means they aren't going anywhere. They have built everything we have been looking for and continue to improve things that I have always needed as an agency especially with its white label features. We love the ability to be able to embed their complete collections into our client portal. Every customer is unique, and so is every embed code. We look forward to hopefully seeing a multibrand feature where clients who own more than one company can access all of their brands in one place.
