I have been using Box Hero for almost 2 years. Here is my rating:
- Pricing: 5/5. They have fee and paid version which works well for our needs only 1 of our location has more than 100 products. Monthly pricing is affordable as well
- Customer service: 5/5 fast response and reliable
- Improvement: they come out pretty frequently with new features that made our life easier such as allowing the 0.X for quantity
- User interface: super easy to use, fast, simple, clean
One thing I hope they will come out soon is a report weekly about how many should be purchased per week per month.
Overall, very happy with our choice.
As a printing company, we use this for tshirt inventory. We were using sortly but they had a large price increase so we tried demos of several similar apps. Glad we found BoxHero, it is easier to use and less expensive. We are able to view colors, sizes in stock and it is easy to add and subtract inventory. Bonus features to us are an app, and the ability to print & scan barcodes. Best Inventory app we have seen out there for small businesses.
I run a small warehouse sales company and use Boxhero, and I am very satisfied with it. When I have a problem, they respond so quickly that it's surprising. I think it would be good for not only small companies but also large companies and companies with multiple locations. It's easy to use and the interface is intuitive!
