There's a wave of engineers coming into the crypto world but they get a web2 reception when they enter. BountyBoard is building the quickest and most painless way to recruit, evaluate and pay engineers via bounties.

We went down the web3 bounty rabbit hole recently to understand the workflow around bounties in DAOs. We were passionate about solving bounties and proving our worth to core members of DAOs, however, we experienced a lot of friction around the process that included -
1. Slow feedback on bounty submissions
2. Manual payouts after DMing core DAO members
3. No transparency around other members of the DAO working on the same bounty since the workflow occurs on Discord
These were basically web2 ways of dealing with doing work, getting evaluated for it, and getting paid out, so we build BountyBoard targeted at DAOs and bounty hunters. BountyBoard makes posting, evaluating, and getting paid for bounties seamless and this is essential because
- web3 is getting built bounty by bounty
- the quantum of a job/ bounty is getting smaller
