👋 Hi Product Hunt!
I'm Lalit, the solo maker behind BotWeave AI.
Over the past few months, I've spoken with business owners who all wanted an AI chatbot on their website, but most existing solutions felt too expensive, too complex, or required a lot of manual setup.
So I decided to build something simpler.
With BotWeave AI, you can:
✅ Train an AI chatbot on your website (including multiple pages)
✅ Customize the chatbot to match your brand
✅ Generate an embed code and install it on your website in minutes
✅ View conversations and basic analytics from a single dashboard
The goal isn't just to build another chatbot.
I want to help businesses answer customer questions instantly, reduce repetitive support, and eventually turn their website into an AI sales agent that can qualify leads and book appointments.
This is just the beginning, and I'm building in public.
I'd genuinely love your feedback:
What's the one feature you'd expect before using a chatbot on your own website?
What do you think existing chatbot platforms are still missing?
If you tried BotWeave AI, what was the first thing that confused or impressed you?
I'll be here all day answering every question and taking notes for the next version.
Thanks so much for checking out BotWeave AI! ❤️

One thing that would be really helpful is adding a way for the bot to escalate to a human when it can't confidently answer a question, maybe with a quick handoff to a live chat or email. Right now if it gets stuck the customer just hits a wall, and that's a frustrating experience that could undo all the support time you save.

@melahatakcakaya Thanks so much! That's a really valuable suggestion.
I completely agree that an AI assistant shouldn't leave visitors at a dead end when it isn't confident about an answer. A smooth human handoff is something I'm actively planning.
My vision is to let businesses configure what happens next whether that's collecting the visitor's name and email, forwarding the conversation to the business, or handing off to a live chat provider.
Thanks again for the thoughtful feedback! This is definitely going on the roadmap.

The one URL crawl is handy but most of our support answers depend on PDFs and help docs that aren't always linked from the homepage. Adding an option to upload knowledge files or point to a sitemap would make the bot way more useful out of the box.

The one-line embed is a nice touch, but it would be great if you added a way to set custom fallback responses for when the bot is not confident in an answer. Right now if the AI isn't sure it might just guess, and a clear handoff message like "I'm not sure, want me to connect you with a human?" would feel safer for customers and protect the brand's credibility.

the crawl picked up our docs way faster than expected and the widget matched our colors without any tweaking, super smooth setup.

The one-line embed is genuinely impressive, most chatbot tools bog you down with scripts and config files. Nice execution on keeping the setup that clean.
