@goyashy Thanks a lot! So the idea came when we were on a family vacation and the dishwasher there was a type of its own. We couldn't figure out how it works and I thought that maybe something information chatbot thing would be a valuable add to the rental experience.

@raga_raav Thanks a lot Ragavee! Yeah the time-saving is one of the key features that makes Botvisor valuable. When the host creates the AI assistant they will fill up a PDF knowledge base file which has ready-to-answer questions. This way the host can monitor which information they give to the AI and we do not encourage the hosts to share any secret or sensitive data. The accuracy of the responses will be really great because the AI doesn't know anything else than the data that is provided in the PDF file + some general knowledge. This way the chatbot shouldn't hallucinate at all. If you have more questions, feel free to ask!
