From anxiety to achievement, timestamped. Bother Bin captures overwhelming thoughts and builds a chronological log of your progress — transforming mental noise into a powerful reminder: you never stop moving forward.

Why I Built This App
As someone who overthinks and wrestles with anxiety, I often feel overwhelmed by mental noise. I needed a fast, judgment-free space to offload thoughts and track small wins—something existing tools just didn’t offer.
Notion takes too long to open. Apple Reminders is rigid. To-do lists force me to pretend I know the answer, when I’m really still figuring things out. They focus on what needs to be done—I’m more motivated by what I have done. Progress gives me peace.
Sure, I could’ve configured existing tools. But I didn’t want a workaround. I wanted something built for this: no learning curve, no bloat—just clarity.
So I built Bother Bin: a minimalist mobile journal that helps you log any mental “bother,” break it into small steps, and track each one with a timestamp. It’s fully private (on-device only), super fast, and surprisingly effective—especially for procrastinators and sensitive thinkers like me.
After launching in China, Bother Bin quickly climbed to the top charts in the Health & Fitness category on iOS (Mainland China).
Most users describe themselves the same way I do: ADHD, procrastinator, over-thinker, anxious, highly sensitive. If that sounds like you—I made this for us.
