Most websites lose customers quietly - not because the product is bad, but because there's no one to answer when a visitor is finally ready to ask. BoText fixes that. Train it on your website, FAQ, and docs, drop in one line of code, and it starts replying in your brand's voice right away: it handles repetitive questions, qualifies leads, and hands off complex conversations to a human.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Rostyslav, founder of BoText.
The idea came from something simple. I kept seeing businesses spend on traffic and ads, only to quietly lose half of the interested people because there was no one to reply at the exact moment they were ready. Live support can't be online 24/7, and hardly anyone likes filling out forms.
So we built an assistant that knows the business almost as well as the team does: it learns from your own content, speaks in your tone, and responds in seconds - any time of day.
This is our first launch, and honestly, I'm more curious to hear from you than to collect upvotes. What matters most to you in an AI assistant on a website? And what would make you trust it to talk to your customers?
I'll reply to every comment. 🙏
Kings Regards,
Rostyslav

How well does it handle when someone asks something it wasn't trained on — does it make up an answer or pass it to a human automatically?

@nimettavanatmo Great question, this is actually the thing we spent the most time on. When it's asked something outside its knowledge base, it's instructed not to guess: it says it doesn't have that info and offers to connect the person with the team (email/contact form), instead of making something up.
Happy to show you exactly how the fallback flow looks if you're curious 🙏

the one-line install is genuinely impressive, no bloated setup or endless config screens. really clean execution for a product that does something this complex under the hood.

@halitbozan92903 Really appreciate that, Halit - that was a deliberate choice. We didn't want this to be "another dashboard to configure." If the one-line install is the first thing people notice, that means we nailed the part that usually kills adoption for tools like this. Thank you!
