Hi everyone! My name is Dot and I'm the CEO & cofounder of Bot MD. I'm proud to launch Bot MD Care on Product Hunt and wanted to share our story with the world. During the COVID pandemic in 2020, we built a remote monitoring platform for doctors in Singapore to help scale the remote monitoring of vital signs for COVID-19 positive migrant workers living in dormitories in Singapore. The initial prototype was built over a weekend and helped monitor over 3,600 patients across different nationalities. One of the most memorable incidents with Bot MD Care was helping to save the life of a migrant worker who had chest pain and used the WhatsApp-based platform to report his situation. This made us realize that we had the potential to help a lot more patients and expand our utility beyond COVID-19 to other clinical areas. We have spent the last year refining our initial prototype with many new features and the ability to power any popular chat platform. This year, we are hoping to have Bot MD Care help doctors and nurses around the world monitor a variety of conditions including primary care conditions like HIV and TB, chronic disease, post-surgical outcomes and more. The platform uses our proprietary A.I. chat engine to power WhatsApp so that doctors and nurses can easily automate reminders and care messages to patients. Submissions are triaged based on clinical thresholds that the doctors set, and we send automatic alerts to the care team if someone needs help. We are able to power any chat platform including WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook Messenger and Telegram so that the patient doesn't need to download an app. Best of all, we support all languages including English, Spanish, Indonesian, Hindi, Bengali, Tagalog and more.
