I kept hearing home and business services firms complain about trying to find work. Phone doesn't ring, always asking for referrals, asking friends for work. Customer acquisition for B2B building services is different - when is my ideal customer going to reach out to me? When their building is having a problem. Building Services companies can't call everyone on a list of local property owners - thats too much time. What they can do is make 10 calls per month to new owners of commercial properties. Get on their vendor list, do a courtesy property inspection.
