Most short-term rental businesses are built on platforms they do not control. The guest discovers the property on Airbnb or Vrbo, books through someone else’s checkout, communicates through someone else’s app, and often leaves without ever remembering the name of the company that hosted them. Haven is our attempt to change that. We give independent hosts and property managers the tools to build a real hospitality brand around their properties: high-quality direct booking sites, built-in marketing, CRM, analytics, guidebooks, upsells, guest communication, and integrations with the systems they already use. The product started much more narrowly as a better way to build a direct booking website. Over time, it became clear that the website itself was only one part of the problem. Getting discovered, earning trust, converting guests, and bringing them back all matter just as much. Our goal is to make the technology that larger hospitality companies take for granted accessible to independent operators. We are still moving quickly and would love feedback, especially from hosts, property managers, and anyone building in hospitality.
