Your note says Bono learns me over time, but I'm curious what actually moves that training when I'm starting from zero. Starting from zero, the voice conversations are the primary signal. That's where Bono picks up your vocabulary, how you structure an argument, the phrases you actually use versus the generic version. Edits matter too, they help sharpen tone and catch anything that doesn't sound right, but early on the conversations are doing most of the work. The more you talk, the faster the gap between "close enough" and "sounds exactly like me" closes.
Pre-launch is actually a good time to start. You can have a few conversations before you publish. You can build your voice profile now, before you have anything to publish, so it's ready when you are.

how does voice-matching handle drift over time - is there a way to correct it if a post starts sounding a bit off from how I actually talk, or is the voice profile set once and fixed?
It's continuously updated, not fixed. Every new conversation feeds back into the profile, so if something starts sounding a bit off, the fastest fix is just talking to it again since the newer input naturally pulls the voice back into line. You can update your preferences from your content hub as well
the pivot story is the most interesting part here. users ignored everything you built and went straight to the one thing that felt broken. that's a pretty clear signal when it happens dozens of times.
curious how Bono handles the gap between how someone speaks and how they want to be perceived in writing, since those two things are often pretty different for the same person. does it lean toward preserving the raw voice or nudging toward the "polished" version over time?

On voice versus perception: it leans toward the real signal rather than a manufactured polish. The rambling and filler get cleaned up, but the vocabulary, framing, and way someone actually builds an argument stay intact. It's not trying to make someone sound like a different, more "impressive" version of themselves, since that's usually the fastest way to end up sounding like nobody.

Your product sounds great! But what makes me curious is why so many products avoid showing real use cases. For example - you as a founder talking to Bono about how you created it, and how Bono turns it into a blog post, LinkedIn content, a newsletter. So users can see the starting point (the original voice message) and how it transforms into specific formats. I have a feeling that real use cases build more trust than any description.
Fair challenge, and honestly agree. Description only goes so far, seeing the actual before/after is what makes it click.

Adding the raw voice-to-final-post journey (not just the end result) as a proper case study is a good call though, that's a gap.

This is great. I was just talking with my partner about how awesome it would be to have a service that simply listens while you think out loud on a call, then turns those raw ideas into a structured summary with follow ups and concepts worth developing further. Not in the sense of venting to a friend, but as a professional thought partner that helps refine and expand your thinking for blogs/posts.

Curios how fast Bono can really learn someone's personal voice after a few talks?
Most people see it stabilize by the 3rd conversation, with editing dropping off noticeably after that. It keeps refining after that too, but that's usually the point where output starts sounding distinctly like them rather than a generic draft

That's faster than I expected. The hard part with AI writing is usually not getting a draft, its making it not sound like AI
So if editing drops after 3 talks , that's actually a pretty strong hook

I'm running a 16 part series about AI ready websites. The old routine was brutal. Write the piece, format it, schedule it, then repost the same thing across every channel by hand. Now I just talk.
