In 2022, I decided to stop paying for gym memberships and expensive equipment. I wanted to prove to myself that I could get an effective workout without them, so I started searching for reputable body-weight programs that emphasized strength and mobility. When I came across Mark Lauren and his team’s app, I was excited to give it a try.
The app was user-friendly, making it easy to track my progress, schedule workouts, and monitor my improvements. I started with the prep program and quickly noticed a significant improvement in my mobility. Plus, I was saving a considerable amount of time since each workout was only about 30 minutes.
But what truly convinced me was a small but powerful moment—I slowly poured water from a heavy 4-cup Pyrex measuring cup into my coffee brewer without my wrist shaking or needing both hands. I could feel my shoulder muscles engaging to maintain control. That’s when I knew this program was exactly what I needed.
