BoardTrust: A simpler way to manage nonprofit governance

I built BoardTrust after seeing the same governance problem over and over in small nonprofits: the important stuff existed, but it was scattered, inconsistent, and hard to hand off. Bylaws were in one place, policies in another, board rosters were outdated, term dates were missing, resolutions were hard to find, and too much institutional knowledge depended on one person remembering how everything worked. A lot of existing tools felt either too heavy, too expensive, or too focused on being a full board portal. I wanted something simpler and more practical. BoardTrust is built to help small nonprofits organize their governance structure, board records, policies, resolutions, onboarding, and continuity in one place. The goal is simple: make nonprofit governance easier to see, easier to maintain, and easier to hand off. I’d really love feedback from nonprofit leaders, board members, governance consultants, and anyone who has dealt with messy governance records or board transitions.
