BoardStack helps self-managed HOA and condo boards separate reserve funds, track state-specific obligations, manage dues and governance records, and give owners clearer request visibility. It is built for volunteer boards that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not want per-unit property-management pricing.
Hey Product Hunt,
I built BoardStack for self-managed HOA and condo boards that are trying to run real association operations without turning the whole thing into a pile of spreadsheets and inbox history.
The first problem I wanted to make hard to ignore was the reserve record. A volunteer board needs to know which dollars are operating funds, which dollars are reserve funds, what state requirements apply, and what report they would hand to the next treasurer, an owner, a lender, or an auditor.
BoardStack now brings that into one workflow:
- Reserve and operating fund separation
- State-specific compliance tracking
- Dues records and owner visibility
- Meeting and governance records
- Board-ready reports and audit packet exports
- Flat pricing without per-unit fees
It is not legal advice. It is the operating record a board can actually keep up to date.
I would love feedback on two things: whether the reserve-compliance positioning is clear from the first screen, and what a volunteer board would need to see before trusting a new product with its records.
